Era of Cut throat competition of Aspirants, flawed policies and dramatic performance of Sindh Public Service commission
Provincial commissions are set up to induct the most talented, brilliant and capable candidates for serving the masses and for running the provincial matters of provincial government smoothly, efficiently and effectively. I don't have enough time to beat about the bush so I would love to shed light and would like to analyse some factors and inadequacies of Sindh Public service commission with my expert opinions and suggestions.
In old ages, SPSC used to announce the positions after five years but after strident wave and awareness of victimised aspirants of year 2013 who sued in court against loopholes and malignant practices and involvement of internal elements of SPSC in induction process; latter, SPSC started to announce combined competitive exam every year as other provincial commissions in Pakistan were doing. This was all about what and SPSC ran its setup but it is with reference to recent CCE 2019 screening test's papers, observation of mistakes in the test and announcement of answer keys-revised keys, this entire process has plunged me into restlessness and thrusted into amazement that how such prestigious institution holding huge responsibilities on his shoulders can design tests full of mistakes and it also engenders suspicion on capability of people holding the reins of SPSC that how and why they do mistakes in tests every year without proofreading the tests. Besides this, they don't follow the given syllabus which is also a manipulative trick to play with destinies of aspirants. Candidates prepare for test according to syllabus but question paper is designed completely different. Really it is pitiable performance of SPSC.
Moreover, it makes me to cogitate to ponder over the tricks they have been doing like first they make mistakes in question paper, then they revise keys and errors which is also a way for black sheep of SPSC for settling the results of their own privileged and supported people on the name of revising keys and what happens ahead, God better knows this. If such a prestigious institution has to be absorbed in such malignant and Corrupt practices then why does it announce so called combined competitive exam which lacks the name of merit, competition and is solely based on obsolete rote learning and cramming method- we are living in highly paced technology age but our mental processes are fixed in old parameters....
Sorry SPSC we could not meet your criterion.... Because we are extra ordinary aspirants and we can't bring down ourselves to your level.... It is voiced and cried by thousands intellectual candidates.
If it may be conducted research then it suggests; It is scientifically proven and 100% tested by erudite and scholastics that no any institution or department can measure the level of aptitude, intelligence and intellectual potentialities of person by conducting such MCQs based tests. Therefore, I have seen many competent and intellectual people going out of arena in such tests.
So, I suggest SPSC, please raise your standard and competence or fill the positions by inducting goats and sheep for administering the provincial matters... I censure against such examination structure which is completely based on rote learning and cramming...
I feel infuriated and ignited and blood boils when I see things happening in wrong manners, injustice, favouritism and nepotism. We want justice and equal privileges for all. Otherwise credibility and confidence of thousands hardworking aspirants will be eroded and lost which will not only corrupt the system but also masses will suffer till generations to come.
