Hard Work Never Goes In Vain......

Hard work never goes in vain, however, one may feel that he has not achieved what he really deserved. This feeling should not prevent us from doing hard work.

Destiny is not a miracle of one day ,its durable and long lasting path full of hard work,struggle and miserable feeling of fear of failure where one faces all these with determination and the day when you win is remembered as GREAT SUCCESS and now the same failure is "PATHFINDER" for rest of the world...

Therefore NEVER LOOSE HOPE AND KEEP ON KNOCKING AGAINST ADVERSITY.." YOU WILL BE PATHFINDER ONE DAY AND EXCELLENCE WILL RUN AFTER YOU..."

Bear one thing in your mind that you are only responsible of your success and failure so do not blame others if you fail but Keep trying and believe in yourself that the best is yet to come

Tension is death of Talent  A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she  raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question.  Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: “How heavy is this glass of water?”  Answers  called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.
