Motivational Message for CSS Aspirants

A Motivational Script by Hakim Ali Shar

Dear CSS Aspirants, CSS is not an impossible task to do in the world or an altitude which can’t be culminated.

But it is the game Will Power...

Yes! Yes! You can all to do but condition is that at what an extent you wage your struggles, how much you make strenuous efforts and at what scale you foil all plans and Conspiracies which are coming in your mind and making you frustrated, overwhelming you with cynical and whimsical thoughts. Remove your all negative thoughts and complexities which have perturbed you and throw your mental confusions and illusions away. Be stuck on your direction, keep going, keep going and you will see that you are about to reach but still some demoralizing elements and obstructions will come across in your way as impediments in shape of ill-psyche people, Who will try to stop you and will try to make your thinking fragile but remember, Perseverance and commitment is only key to Success.

Some people will come in your way, they will say that CSS is not as easy as people think, good luck is required for excelling this exam and it’s the game of luck. Some will say it’s a big challenge to pass the CSS exam without having MA English, Some will say that Boss you can’t do it but Bear one thing in your mind that if you listened all these de-motivators and you kicked of them from your passage and you kept going while assuring yourselves that yes I can. By God you won the game.

My suggestions for you all aspirants that Yes it is another type of Exam in which you are not awarded any degree so if you are sparing your efforts and time for that Please for God sake, at least be sincere and Committed with yourselves. There are many people who are looking at your way having lot of expectations and you have to prove that say yourself, encourage yourself that yes I am man/woman of my firm convictions and I have to be CSP at any cost, be what comes in my way be that is hurricane or tornado, be that Challenging menaces or abstruse circumstances, be that the highest peaks or mountains but I have decided to move all the mountains, all my hurdles to do it and make it

God Bless you All.

Regards and remember me in your prayers

NOTHING WILL CHANGE UNLESS YOU CHANGE By Hakim Ali Shar  One of the great lessons of life that nothing will change unless you change Nothing will get better unless you get better. It’s not about Circumstances it’s not about Luck We all get the good and the bad We all get the challenging events that arrive in our life That is a normal part of being human I am talking about you CHOOSE to do with circumstances If you are waiting for the economy to change If you are waiting for your paycheck to change Waiting for relationship to change, waiting for something to change NOTHING WILL CHANGE if you want change YOU MUST CHANGE… When you change, everything will change for you If you want better, you must be better and when you get better your life will get better YOU must work on yourself more than you work on anything else You must add more value to others than anyone else does Take a step back and look at your life closely What can you imp...

Efforts never go in vain

Hard Work Never Goes In Vain...... Hard work never goes in vain, however, one may feel that he has not achieved what he really deserved. This feeling should not prevent us from doing hard work. Destiny is not a miracle of one day ,its durable and long lasting path full of hard work, struggle and miserable feeling of fear of failure where one faces all these with determination and the day when you win is remembered as GREAT SUCCESS and now the same failure is "PATHFINDER" for rest of the world... Therefore NEVER LOOSE HOPE AND KEEP ON KNOCKING AGAINST ADVERSITY.." YOU WILL BE PATHFINDER ONE DAY AND EXCELLENCE WILL RUN AFTER YOU..." Bear one thing in your mind that you are only responsible of your success and failure so do not blame others if you fail but Keep trying and believe in yourself that the best is yet to come  Hakim Ali Shar

Tension is the death of Talent

Tension is death of Talent  A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she  raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question.  Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: “How heavy is this glass of water?”  Answers  called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz. She replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends  on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it’s not a problem. If I hold it for an  hour,  I’ll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In  each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it  becomes.” She continued, “The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water.  Think  about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin  to h...
