Corruption

A Culture of Corruption and its consequences…

A culture is made or destroyed by its articulate voices

Corruption is much more needed grease for the squeaking tires of a rigid administration … Huntington
The traffic constable standing in the middle of road, managing traffic solely responsible for turning this impossibility into a possible situation, since government pays him a meager salary, he has no other option but to report on duty every morning because when he goes to work he will get bribes…. And that is the only he can manage his family expenses. Now like that traffic constable…ticket collectors, municipal workers, state electricity board workers and every one working in whole political system… the only reason for them, to work or not to work is the same and that is bribes.
Corruption is economic stimulant… a catalyst for growth, for the economy corruption is like tonic!
Let’s fight against this Corrupt System and launch a war against it. How this war can be won, we needs guns, we needs ammunition and in this war, because this is going to be new war… the guns have got be our minds, ammunitions are our thoughts and we have this enemy that’s inside our country.
The biggest enemies are the people sitting in the government offices… they are in the parliament… they are in all the institutions running this country. That’s what we need to fight against… what we actually need… is to raise a storm- a tornado!
We youth need no ignition, we can blaze like a fire and we can be mould in any shape we want. O incorruptible intelligent youth come forward and let’s prove our identity to take the fight against these imperialist bastards… and bring them down… I mean what we need is to strike. We need a revolution

NOTHING WILL CHANGE UNLESS YOU CHANGE By Hakim Ali Shar  One of the great lessons of life that nothing will change unless you change Nothing will get better unless you get better. It’s not about Circumstances it’s not about Luck We all get the good and the bad We all get the challenging events that arrive in our life That is a normal part of being human I am talking about you CHOOSE to do with circumstances If you are waiting for the economy to change If you are waiting for your paycheck to change Waiting for relationship to change, waiting for something to change NOTHING WILL CHANGE if you want change YOU MUST CHANGE… When you change, everything will change for you If you want better, you must be better and when you get better your life will get better YOU must work on yourself more than you work on anything else You must add more value to others than anyone else does Take a step back and look at your life closely What can you imp...

Efforts never go in vain

Hard Work Never Goes In Vain...... Hard work never goes in vain, however, one may feel that he has not achieved what he really deserved. This feeling should not prevent us from doing hard work. Destiny is not a miracle of one day ,its durable and long lasting path full of hard work, struggle and miserable feeling of fear of failure where one faces all these with determination and the day when you win is remembered as GREAT SUCCESS and now the same failure is "PATHFINDER" for rest of the world... Therefore NEVER LOOSE HOPE AND KEEP ON KNOCKING AGAINST ADVERSITY.." YOU WILL BE PATHFINDER ONE DAY AND EXCELLENCE WILL RUN AFTER YOU..." Bear one thing in your mind that you are only responsible of your success and failure so do not blame others if you fail but Keep trying and believe in yourself that the best is yet to come  Hakim Ali Shar

Tension is the death of Talent

Tension is death of Talent  A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she  raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question.  Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: “How heavy is this glass of water?”  Answers  called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz. She replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends  on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it’s not a problem. If I hold it for an  hour,  I’ll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In  each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it  becomes.” She continued, “The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water.  Think  about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin  to h...
